Some similar artistic aesthetic and concepts to the movie "Ink" which, is neither here nor there, just what popped in my head. It has a lot of potential, and like the others have said, with some refinement it would be a darn good flash.

That section ppl keep talking about where he is running and the music fades into nothing is supposed to happen to then have a bigger boom once the nightmare grabs his legs...

...And did anyone else want the monks to eventually "fly away" followed by a laughing dog pop up to giggle at you?
'Cause I did.

Graphics - simple but pleasant. Not distracting, but doesn't wow. Aesthetically pleasing.
Sound - simple, non-distracting, but again, doesn't wow.
Music - Non existent. A simple low-key looping track would be nice. Best if it continued the theme of the game. (I'm thinking, light flute or strings, very little drum for rhythm, and a didjeridu, or equivalent low sound.)
Game play - straight forward, low learning curve, ability to win or lose based on players decisions... not on nutso computer AI (always a plus!)
Overall - Very nice game. I enjoyed playing a few rounds. It's nice to have a game to play during a work break or between studying. Low commitment is sometimes refreshing. A little more polish and I'd be playing every day. (A versus or online 2-player mode would rocket this game high, but not at all necessary.)
Thanks for the fun, awesome game!

The idea is good, fun game concept...
However, there is very little incentive to keep playing after all upgrades are unlocked. Also, I would love to see more detail, more varied levels / slopes / obstacles. A classic level would be a ramp off of a "walter*mart" then landing / zipping through the parking lot. etc. (Maybe the other levels are unlockables even...)
There is much potential for this game, go ahead and expand on it, it would be awesome.

Decent graphics, good but basic story, childish slapstick comedy. Reminds me of the old-school Pink Panther cartoons, or Tom and Jerry... either way, good company to keep.

Kind of a homage to our favourite shows of old ^^ It isn't anywhere near as good as they'll be though. They had a magic that Flash can't easily replicate.

A wonderful mental workout. So simple a concept, yet so addictive game play. I don't mind retrying levels, and the music never really gets "old," which is good. A game I will enjoy playing again, and trying to get further on. The only frustrating thing, for me at least, is when I win a level by fluke, not by actual problem solving. Not anything you could or should fix, simply a bruise to my ego, and makes me try harder to solve the next puzzle, not flail around hoping for "happy accidents." a truly inspiring work.

Your claymation rivals the old Wallace and Gromit skits, and certainly surpasses Mr Bill. Your animation is basic but obviously emphasizes the point of the protagonist. The fact that you drew all the scenes by hand, and did all the claymation also is quite impressive, and incredibly refreshing in the digital age. (Of which I'm guilty of using as a crutch.) As for a little critique, I agree about the voice acting, in some instances it comes off as being "read" instead of "felt," think theater, add emphasis. Also, the pacing as some spots could use a pick up, but that can be worked through cuts, in some places, less then .5 a second. As for the drop in quality, well, thats an unfortunate side effect of compression, but it still looks pretty good, so no worries. I hope you kept copies of the larger file though, for a finished DVD... I would buy it. Good luck with the second and third parts. Gorgeous work, and portfolio worthy for sure. 5/5 and 10/10

Your animation skills are quite intense, and your scenes are well framed. I foresee much success in this serial animation's lifetime. I certainly look forward to your future episodes and other submissions. Also, I agree with the FLCL comment, a good thing to be compared with. I also look forward to the story development behind your utopia/distopia.
